Fixed shooting dates for a smooth process

The day of the shoot needs to be well planned. We clarify the day's procedure in advance with the relevant people in the company in order to interrupt the day-to-day work process as little as possible. Ideally, each employee will be given a fixed date when their photos will be taken. If required, we also plan team photos into the process right from the start. This prevents any hectic rush and allows each employee to adjust to the shoot individually. Not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera straight away, but we will help to create a relaxed atmosphere and dispel any concerns. The important thing is that at the end of the day, every employee gets a unique photo that they are completely happy with. Employees are also welcome to bring different outfits with them on the day of the shoot and we will discuss together before the shoot which is the most suitable. Do you want the employees to be professionally made up and styled for the employee photos? No problem, talk to us, we will be happy to bring a make-up artist with us.
After the shooting day, we will select the best photos per employee (at least 5) and send them to you for selection. Your selection of photos will then be professionally edited, optimized and retouched by us. Skin blemishes and shiny spots are removed. The finished photos are then sent to you digitally in full size and high resolution via a platform of your choice.
