The way to your wedding photos

 

1. Contact us

Request your non-binding appointment online. You can do this at any time using the online form on the homepage. Of course you can also write us an e-mail or call us personally. Please also let us know when you would be available by phone. We will then contact you by telephone.

2. Offer

Once we have clarified the key data and can estimate the time required, we will provide you with a quote. Then you'll know what costs you can expect. Completely transparent and with no hidden costs. We will send you the offer by e-mail. By confirming the offer by e-mail, we make a binding reservation for you. We will also make an appointment for a preliminary talk.

3. Planning & introductory meeting

Depending on the package, a personal or telephone planning meeting is included. For us, a joint meeting beforehand is a basic prerequisite for successful photos. We spend a lot of time in your vicinity on the wedding day and so a personal connection to you is very important to us. We also use the preparation meeting to clarify the details of the wedding and exchange expectations.

4. Ongoing contact

We will stay in contact until the day of the wedding. If there are any changes to the schedule or if you have any questions for us, you can contact us at any time.

5. The wedding day

On the day of the wedding, we accompany you as discussed in advance. We are often close to you, sometimes also in the distance as observers with our camera and capture all facets of your wedding. We are discreet, often invisible, but still very present. Even on the wedding day itself there are sometimes delays in the program or unplanned program points are inserted, we are super flexible and after over 70 photographed weddings there is hardly anything that can surprise us. Whether it's the uncle's spontaneous show or an unplanned bridal abduction, we're ready.

6. The photo delivery

The photos are sorted out by us, professionally edited and then placed in a password-protected online gallery. We will deliver them no later than 4 weeks after the wedding. You will receive all photos digitally, in maximum resolution and in print quality.

7. The payment

Payment is made via invoice and bank transfer upon delivery of the photos. A deposit is not necessary, we have full confidence in our wedding couples.

  • Personal / telephone planning meeting
  • Photos of the people arriving
  • Mood photos & detail shots of the wedding ceremony
  • Group photos with the priest
  • Group photos with priest / parents / relatives / friends
  • Bridal couple shoot
  • Photos of the wedding location
  • ... and photos of everything that happens around it 🙂
  • The photos will be delivered no later than 4 weeks after the wedding
  • The photos will be delivered in high resolution, edited, optimized, digital in JPEG format
  • The finished photos will be made available to you in a password-protected online gallery, from where you and your family and friends can download them immediately
  • The photos are made available for private use. They may not be passed on to third parties.

    FAQ | Frequently asked questions

    Do you also take photos abroad?

    Yes, absolutely! We are two world travelers, are at home all over the world, love the distance and foreign cultures and countries. Talk to us and we will do our best to accompany you at your wedding abroad!

    Is the journey charged?

    Travel within Vienna is free of charge. If you are getting married outside Vienna, please let us know your wedding location and we will include the journey in our offer. We will also pass on any parking costs incurred.

    Do you also design wedding albums?

    Yes, if you want a high-quality wedding album of your big day, let us know and we will be happy to design it in consultation with you. We can also offer you different formats and layouts if required.

    Will our wedding photos be edited?

    Yes, each of your wedding photos will be digitally edited and optimized for our unique and distinctive look. You can see our image style in the sample galleries.

    Can we get the RAW files?

    No. You get high-resolution JPEG photos in our individual look. We regard the RAW images as unfinished works that we normally do not give away.

    What happens if you fall ill?

    We are well embedded in a collective of photographers, where an equivalent replacement is normally available to adequately represent us if the worst comes to the worst.

    When will we get our photos?

    We will put your photos in a password-protected online gallery no later than 4 weeks after the wedding, from where you can download them in full size and resolution. A USB stick with all the photos and the prints of your favorite photos will be sent to your home no later than 2 months after your wedding.

    How long should we take for the bridal couple shoot?

    Normally, we try to ensure that the shoot does not last much longer than 30 - 45 minutes. However, this is very individual. It also depends a little on whether we have to travel to other locations to take the photos there or whether we take the photos directly at the wedding location. Think about how much time you want to have for yourselves and how long you want to / can be away from the celebrating guests. We will also clarify the details during the introductory meeting.
