Your employees represent the company to the outside world on a daily basis and ensure that work processes run smoothly. Professional, authentic and, above all, uniform employee photos and team photos are a must nowadays and give your employees a face. The shoot needs to be well planned, both in terms of the style of the portraits and the whole process of the shoot day. From planning to delivery, we work closely with you, respond to your ideas and provide suggestions and ideas for a smooth and uncomplicated process. If colleagues are missing on the day of the employee shoot or new employees are hired after some time. No problem! We note down details such as lighting setup, background color and posing so that we can take further employee photos in the same quality and look at a later date. Do you also need team photos? They should become a positive unique selling point for your company. We can carry out the photo shoot either on site at your company premises or in our studio. Do you have a lot of employees and want everyone to be photographed on the same date? No problem! We can use an identical studio set in several rooms. This saves time and optimizes processes. If an employee is ill or unavailable on the day of the shoot, or if an employee is hired after the appointment, it is of course possible to take a portrait with the same setup and look afterwards.

Fixed shooting dates for a smooth process

The day of the shoot needs to be well planned. We clarify the day's procedure in advance with the relevant people in the company in order to interrupt the day-to-day work process as little as possible. Ideally, each employee will be given a fixed date when their photos will be taken. If required, we also plan team photos into the process right from the start. This prevents any hectic rush and allows each employee to adjust to the shoot individually. Not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera straight away, but we will help to create a relaxed atmosphere and dispel any concerns. The important thing is that at the end of the day, every employee gets a unique photo that they are completely happy with. Employees are also welcome to bring different outfits with them on the day of the shoot and we will discuss together before the shoot which is the most suitable. Do you want the employees to be professionally made up and styled for the employee photos? No problem, talk to us, we will be happy to bring a make-up artist with us.
After the shooting day, we will select the best photos per employee (at least 5) and send them to you for selection. Your selection of photos will then be professionally edited, optimized and retouched by us. Skin blemishes and shiny spots are removed. The finished photos are then sent to you digitally in full size and high resolution via a platform of your choice.
