The way to your family photos
1. Booking
Book your family photo shoot online and choose the date yourself. The online booking must be made 24 hours before the appointment.
If you need an appointment at short notice, just give us a call, we also have time for you spontaneously.
If you would like to take the photos outdoors or at your home, please call us and we will arrange a meeting point.
2. Preparation
What is absolutely advantageous: Come with different outfits to change and try out. Choose clothes that you feel comfortable in and coordinate your look. Should you go to the hairdresser or make-up artist before the photo shoot? This can also be an advantage, but is of course not a must. Would you like professional styling for the family photo shoot? Let us know when you book, we have a professional make-up artist in the team who will take care of your look.
3. The photoshoot
We use the first few minutes of the shoot to chat a little. It's important for us to know a bit about you, what you do, what photos you want to take and what you want to use the photos for. We also discuss the outfits and photo backgrounds and we go into detail about your wishes and ideas for the family photos. During the shoot, we communicate actively and you receive instructions from us. We take photos of you in different poses and settings so that we have a comprehensive set to choose from.
4. Photo selection
You can select your photos from the comfort of your own home. After the shoot, we will make your best photos available to you in an online gallery and you simply send us your selection. The selected photos will be professionally edited and enhanced by us.
5. Payment
Payment is made after the photo shoot. Pay in cash or contactless via Maestro Card / Visa / ApplePay. If you are not yet sure how many photos you want, we will be happy to issue you with an invoice after you have selected the photos.
6. Delivery
We usually send the digital family photos no later than one week after you have selected the photos. You will receive the edited and optimized photos by e-mail as a download link. The photos will be sent to you in high print resolution as JPEG files.

- You will receive the photos with private usage rights. Do you also want to use the outdoor photos commercially? Talk to us and we can make you an offer depending on the intended use.
Make-up & Styling
Would you like to be professionally styled for the family photo shoot? An experienced stylist will take care of your perfect look on request! Please just let us know when booking the shoot and we will take care of the organization!
